"I have been passionate about nutrition for
most of my adult life. I began studying
nutrition at Oregon State University in the
early 90's and currently am a nutrition student
at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.
In my late 20's, I suffered from severe
digestive problems, high cholesterol, ulcers,
GERD, advanced duodenitis, depression and
was very overweight. When traditional doctors
wanted to do surgery to remove part of my
intestines, I sought out a naturopathic
physician and truly discovered the healing
power of foods. After altering my diet, my
body healed and my weight dropped to normal.
Through my own healing journey, I have
developed techniques to help others make
permanent healthy changes to their eating
habits and lifestyle. After battling a life-long
sugar addiction, I now especially enjoy working
with people with strong cravings of all kinds."
Carole currently lives in Redmond, WA with
her son. She enjoys camping, hiking,
geocaching, gourmet foods, and comedy
shows.

workshops around the Puget Sound area. If
